nxtgrd:

star-rc need *.map file [lef/def or milkyway mapping to itf layer]

itf-->tlu+

grdgenxo -itf2TLUPlus -i *.ift -o *.tlu+

itf-->nxtgrd:

grdgenxo *.itf [run long time]
