A system always consists of transmitter and receiver.
Test point TP1 located at the transmitter device's pins. Or TP1 is defined at transmitter package pin.
Test point TP2 located at test interface (fixture) as close as possible to transmitter.
Test point TP3 located at test interface (fixture) as close as possible to receiver.
Test point TP4 located at the receiver device's pins. Or TP4 is defined at receiver package pin.
